NASA4D Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using the Malaysian Betting Platform

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NASA4D. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and NASA4D ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any NASA4D service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide NASA4D, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and NASA4D.

2Member Eligibility

To register for and use NASA4D's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any legal restriction, regulation, or court order that prohibits participation in betting activities
• Have never been permanently banned from the NASA4D platform
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party

NASA4D reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Players who fail to provide proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended until verification is completed.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) NASA4D account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms. NASA4D employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate, current, and truthful. NASA4D reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NASA4D account password and login credentials. NASA4D will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login information secure.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

NASA4D accepts deposits via approved local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposited funds must come from legitimate sources and belong solely to the player. NASA4D reserves the right to withhold processing of any deposit suspected to originate from illegal sources or third parties.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Players may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has been fully verified (KYC complete)
• No deposit transactions currently in progress
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary according to a player's VIP membership tier. Standard players receive withdrawals within 30 minutes to 2 hours, while VIP Gold members and above enjoy faster processing. NASA4D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment provider systems.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 7 days, NASA4D reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents. This is a protective measure to prevent money laundering and ensure the security of player accounts.

6Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by NASA4D — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards — are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the terms of the relevant promotion. Players must fulfil these wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• NASA4D reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or exploitation
• Abuse of the bonus system may result in account termination without compensation
• Bonus expiry is 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated

6.3 VIP Rewards Programme

The NASA4D VIP Rewards Programme has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers different benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and service priority. The full VIP programme terms are available on the VIP Rewards.

7Game Rules

All games on NASA4D – including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slots, Sports Betting (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton), Virtual Sports, and e-sports (MLBB, Valorant) – have their own rules that players must familiarise themselves with before placing any bets.

• Game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on NASA4D's part
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live match, NASA4D reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the credits to the player
• The minimum bet for most games is RM1 and the maximum depends on the game type and the player's VIP level
• NASA4D reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or system exploitation

8Prohibited & Restricted Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the NASA4D platform and may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of all winnings, and potential legal action:

1. Registering more than one account or using another person's account
2. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
3. Using automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
5. Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the gaming system
6. Conducting money laundering through the NASA4D platform
7. Transferring funds between different player accounts
8. Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you

9Privacy & Data Protection

NASA4D collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Your personal data is collected for the following purposes:

• Member identity and eligibility verification
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering
• Service improvements and user experience enhancements
• Account and promotional communications (with player consent)

10Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by NASA4D

NASA4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Account activity suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or money laundering
• The account is being used by an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements
• There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from the relevant authorities

10.2 Closure by Player

Players may close their NASA4D account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days. However, any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11Responsible Gaming

NASA4D is fully committed to a responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit – Set limits that suit your means
• Play Time Limit – Receive a notification when your play time reaches the set limit
• Temporary Break – Suspend the account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months
• Permanent Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account with no possibility of reopening

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

NASA4D reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from players. We will, however, endeavour to provide reasonable notice — typically at least 7 days before any amendment takes effect — via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the NASA4D platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the Malay version shall prevail.
